LDF Learners Auslan (All Ages)Learn Auslan at Little Duck Farm!
Join us for this beginner Auslan class where we will learn basic signs, and everyday phrases. Bring your curiosity, energy, and a willingness to have fun while learning a new way to communicate which is so important in our expanding, diverse, inclusive society!
Arrive at 10am if you’d like half an hour to visit our beautiful rescue animals before class. Class will then start at 10.30am sharp for an hour til 11.30am.
Drop off available for 7+ or stick around at our tea and coffee station.
If bringing an extra sibling not participating in the class there is a $5 free play cash fee to interact with the animals and play on the playgrounds for the time period of the class. Payable in person on the day. Unless you’re coming for our full Free Play session, 12-3pm, then please purchase a Friday Free Play ticket for extra siblings and $5 extra cash fee for class participating students if here for free play also.
Please close the front gate behind you, drive down the driveway, turn left at the sheds and around the back to park diagonally along the tree line on the left. Please do not park out the front gate.
Children must be supervised around the animals at all times, please do not allow them to lift the gate pins out and please make sure to close all pen gates as you enter and exit each pen. Do not stick your fingers in the bird and rat cages. Please be mindful of little ones around the duck water kiddy pools.
