Heart Work w/ Sh Abdul Rahman Zyka
About
This session explores inner preparation through an Islamic psychology lens, examining the heart, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual health as interconnected. The focus will be on repentance, softening inner states, and creating the internal conditions that support a steadier and more nourishing Ramadan.Hosted by Six Degrees in collaboration with UMIS and the Islamic Council of Victoria, this lecture creates space to reflect on the internal experiences that often surface during Ramadan. The session moves beyond practical preparation and looks at how emotional patterns, spiritual strain, and inner habits shape oneβs relationship with worship and consistency throughout the month.
The evening will also include an open Q&A, providing an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and engage in thoughtful discussion.
