BikeFlow Academy L1 is go for Term 1 2026. Academy level 1 is for young novice riders building confidence, having fun & progressing , their trail riding on the rugged Coast terrain.✅Trail skills including body position, braking, trail scanning, cornering, rolldowns.
✅ Bike setup inc. suspension
✅ Aligned to PMBIA & Auscycling Level 1
Full Term 1 bundle of 8 sessions inc. bike service.
Motivated MTB Parents/carers welcome to join also!
BikeFlowAdventures head coach Matt Harrington is PMBIA, Aus Cycling and Neuroleadership accredited with 30 years global guiding, racing & coaching experience.
Waiver (acknowledgement of risk) & medical information required for all participants.
