EARLY BIRD EXTENSION TILL 31 JULY

Caren Bayer has developed some health issues, she is fine, but her doctors are recommending that she doesn’t fly. So, with much sadness she has had to cancel her trip to Australia for our conference.

We are going ahead with the conference but will not be looking for an international teacher to replace Caren. We have some amazing skills and workshop leading talents amongst ourselves. Feedback from our last conference was that you wanted more hands-on work so we will have you on your feet and looking at how to apply the Alexander Technique. There will be many exciting workshops run by our experienced Australian Teachers, including Jenny Thirtle, Cathy Dowden, , Michael Avery, Anne Carroll, Julianne Eveleigh, Bronwyn Munro, Ric Pellizzeri, Helene Goldberg, Karen Anderson, Michael Stenning, Leonardo Canales, Penny McDonald, and a very exciting panel on personal training and the Alexander Technique with Elke Rudolf, David Moore, and Caroline Blackshaw. We are inviting people new to the Alexander Technique to come to a special introductory afternoon and experience 2 introductory workshops. This is a great line up of presenters and we look forward to learning, exploring and spending time with you.

What does this mean for your current booking?

If you had booked for the two day post conference workshop, this will be refunded, this may take up to 15 business days.

If you are happy to still come to the actual conference then nothing needs to change. Please remember this fee covers 2 full days and the Friday night, Friday night dinner and lunches on Saturday and Sunday.

If you no longer wish to attend the conference then please email us to receive a refund for your conference booking. However, we hope you will still join us for a great gathering of Alexander Teachers.

Full Conference Ticket price includes a light dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday night dinner is an extra option which we encourage all conference participants to attend. This year it will be held at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel. This year there is no preferred hotel as there are many options of Air BnB's and hotels in the area.

BOOKS BY MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY

Amongst our talented AT community there are many who have written books on or related to Alexander Technique. We will have a table at the October conference where these books can be purchased. So if you have written an AT book, bring some along for your fellow members buy.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations can be made with full refunds prior to two weeks before the Conference. From 29/09/26 a 75% refund is available on the conference ticket, however no refund will be available on the Saturday Night dinner.
