In this three-day conference, we will explore how circular and spherical movement patterns deepen our understanding of center. As we restore our relationship to the ground, we will learn to generate greater directional pathways and expand our spatial awareness, so that 'where we are' reveals 'how we are.' Together we will access the dimensionality that ensures strength arises from freedom—a stability and balance that naturally transfers to our students. By the end of this intensive, participants will have gained valuable tools for integrating these principles into their lives and teaching.

Full Conference Ticket prices includes a light dinner on  Friday night and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.  The Saturday night dinner is an extra option which we encourage all conference participants to attend.  This year it will be held at  Have a look at their website to get a feel for this fun venue with excellent food and wine.

    Book Sales at the Conference

Amongst our talented AT community there are many who have written books on or related to Alexander Technique.  We will have a table at the October conference where these books can be purchased.  So if you have written an AT book, bring some along for your fellow members buy.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations can be made with full refunds prior to two weeks before the Conference.  From 29/09/26 a 75% refund is available on the conference ticket, however no refund will be available on the Saturday Night dinner.
