The Unitywater Lightning Cup is back in 2026! Sunshine Coast Lightning look forward to welcoming schools once again for another successful and enjoyable event.The 2026 Unitywater Lightning Cup will take place on Friday 21st August at Sunshine Coast Netball Association, Fishermans Road.
Divisions will include:
- Championship
- Boys
- Development
- Multiclass Clinics ( registrations opening soon)
Team registrations will be $240 per team (GST incl.). This fee covers the team registration fee as well as an umpire payments.
Please note, at this stage we are only able to accept ONE team per division from your school, however we will communicate if there is an opportunity to register another team within the same division.
The BACKUP wet weather date is Friday 28 August. In the event of a cancellation, all communication will be sent to the registered contact. Any decision to cancel is not taken lightly and is made with safety as the highest priority. The decision is jointly made in consultation with Sunshine Coast Council, Sunshine Coast Lightning and Sunshine Coast Netball Association, taking into account weather conditions, venue safety and the wellbeing of all participants, officials and spectators.
