Following the success of the 2025 Leaders Program, the Leaders Program in 2026 will continue to support our leaders in strengthening their leadership and management skills be delivering four (4) practical, one-day workshops.

The 2026 Leaders Program workshops are:

1. Emotional Intelligence;
2. Developing Effective Relationships;
3. Communicating with Influence; and
4. Engaging in Difficult Conversations.

Each workshop will have three (3) sessions offered across different dates, allowing participants to attend a session that best suits their work patterns, schedule, and other commitments.

Spaces for each session (excluding the Final Session) are limited to 50 people only, so please refrain from registering for multiple dates/sessions for the same workshop. Multiple bookings will be removed.

If you register for a session and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration via this website and register for another available session.

WORKSHOP DATES

 

Workshop 1: Emotional Intelligence (Registrations Open)

1. Friday 6 March 2026;
2. Wednesday 18 March 2026; and
3. Thursday 26 March 2026.

Workshop 2: Developing Effective Relationships (Registrations Open)

1. Wednesday 13 May 2026*;
2. Thursday 21 May 2026; and
3. Friday 29 May 2026.

Workshop 3: Communicating with influence (Registrations not yet open)

1. Friday 31 July 2026;
2. Wednesday 5 August 2026; and
3. Thursday 6 August 2026.

Workshop 4: Difficult Conversations (Registrations not yet open)

1. Wednesday 14 October 2026;
2. Thursday 22 October 2026; and
3. Friday 23 October 2026.

Final Session: Program Wrap-Up

1. Friday 13 November 2026*.

*Please note: All workshop sessions will be held in G Block, Room 2002 at Mt Gravatt Campus with the exception of Wednesday 13 March 2026 (Workshop 2: Developing Effective Relationships, Session 1) and Friday 13 November 2026 (Final Session), both of which will be conducted in B Block, Rooms 1012 & 1013 (combined rooms) at Mt Gravatt Campus due to room availability.

HOW TO REGISTER

Please note that you only need to register for one session per Workshop.

To register, select an available date on the Calendar for each Workshop session you wish to attend and follow the prompts to secure your spot.

Please note that ths Calendar displays March 2026 by default, which includes the three available sessions for Workshop 1 only. To view and register for a Workshop 2 session, change the month to May 2026 by selecting the '>' on the Calendar.

Once you have registered to a session for each Workshop, ensure that you save the session event to your calendar via the calendar attachment provided by TryBooking.
