About
Term 1 NPEN meeting our presenter will be:Barak Ben Or, Lead Practitioner at Anglicare Victoria's Functional Family Therapy - Youth Justice (FFT - YJ) will be presenting on the core elements of the FFT - YJ model (Engagement, Motivation, Behaviour Change, Generalisation), referral pathways, eligibility, and the kinds of outcomes being seen across the Youth Justice and IFS systems. Barak is also hoping to speak to how FFT aligns with broader sector priorities such as reducing overwhelm, building hope, strengthening relational functioning, and coordinating systems around the family — consistent with the practice principles outlined in the FFT Clinical Manual.
