About
The Gladstone Netball Association is proud to deliver our Umpire Development Program, made possible through the generous support of the APLNG Community Sponsorship Program. This initiative is designed to strengthen the capability, confidence, and progression of our C Badge umpires as they work toward achieving their B Badge accreditation.Across the program, delivered by Inspire Netball, participants will engage in targeted learning that builds the technical, practical, and game‑management skills required at the next level of umpiring. Through a blend of on‑court coaching, rule interpretation, decision‑making development, and personalised feedback, umpires will be supported to refine their craft in a positive and empowering environment.
This program reflects GNA’s commitment to nurturing local talent, enhancing the quality of officiating across our competitions, and creating strong pathways for umpires to grow, succeed, and contribute to the future of netball in our region.
