Our February tasting explores the diverse intersection of viticulture and distillation, focusing on the distinct profiles imparted by wine casks. We’ll be comparing the bright, orchard-fruit acidity of white wine finishes against the deep tannins and dark berry structure of red wine maturation, to see how these barrels redefine the spirit.This month also marks our Annual General Meeting, and to celebrate a big year ahead; if we hit 20 attendees, we’ll be cracking a special 6th bottle to round out the flight.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE $100 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP IS DUE PRIOR TO FEB AGM, OPTION TO PAY INCLUDED IN THIS EVENT.

While whisky is of course provided for the tasting, you are also welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal (light meal provided).
Please make sure you bring your own glasses for the tasting, as glasses provided by the venue are limited.
