Journey into the Heart is an 8-day silent retreat—a way of prayer rooted in the ancient Christian tradition of apophatic prayer and the Cloud of Unknowing. This is prayer beyond words and images, a practice of stilling and quieting the mind so that the heart may open fully to God’s transforming loving presence—experienced in every cell and fibre of your being. It is an invitation to step away from the noise and enter a sacred rhythm of prayer, silence, and self-discovery, drawing on time-tested ways of resting in God’s divine love.This is not about doing more, but about being—allowing God’s Spirit to lead you into the depths of your own heart, where love burns bright and life is renewed.
