Trybooking has been REOPENED until 6PM, WEDNESDAY 8 APRIL 2026.
NO FURTHER TICKETS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DEADLINE.
PLEASE NOTE EMAILS AND ENQUIRIES WILL NOT BE MONITORED OVER THE EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Pick up & Drop Off Location
There is 15 min parking on Nicholson st out the front of the venue which can be used as a quick drop-off or pick-up point.
Parking
Alternatively, there is street parking available in Newry St, Station St and Lee St, please check street signs for any parking restrictions.
Date & Time
Thursday, 14 May 2026
Doors will open at 6:30pm for a sharp 7:00pm start.
Students will not be allowed to leave the venue prior to 9:45PM and the event will conclude at 10:15pm.
Tickets
The ticket price is $125 per student *(.50ยข Trybooking surcharge).
Only Elwood College Year 11 & 12 VCE students are permitted to attend the 2026 VCE Formal; no external partners will be permitted to attend.
Trybooking tickets are available to be purchased from 3:20PM Wednesday 18 March 2026 and close at 9AM Thursday 2 April 2026.
A payment confirmation and ticket will be emailed from Trybooking to the provided booking email once the payment is processed successfully.
Permission Slip Requirements
Students are only permitted to attend the event if they have:

Purchased a valid ticket, and
-
Returned a signed permission slip.
Both the ticket purchase and the signed permission slip must be completed and submitted by Thursday 2 April 2026.
Students who have not completed both requirements by the stated deadline will not be permitted to attend the event.
Table arrangements
Table arrangements will be organised via a Google Form. The form will be sent out by their learning leaders for students to complete after ticket sales have closed.
This form is only to be completed by students who have purchased a ticket via Trybooking and returned their completed and approved permission form by Thursday 2 April 2026.

Food & Beverages
Soft drink & Canapes on arrival.
Entree, mains and dessert will also be provided.
This is all inclusive of the ticket price.
Dietary Requirements
Please complete any food dietary requirements ie. allergies/intolerances.
Medical Conditions / Medications
Please provide event organisers with any medical, wellbeing or accessibility conditions that your student may have so we can make adjustments to the event planning if necessary. Also if your student is currently taking any medications*, please provide the name, dosage and description of when and how it should be taken.
*Medications include paracetamol, melatonin, anti-anxiety/ depression medication and vitamins.
If there are any changes to the student's medical condition or medications after purchasing the ticket, please email events@elwood.vic.edu.au
Dress Code
We encourage formal attire for students and Elwood College staff attending.
This will help create an elegant and celebratory ambience for the evening.
Photographs
A professional photographer will be capturing candid moments throughout the celebration. These photographs will be made available for families free of charge via Compass after the event. Some of these photos may be shared on Elwood College social media platforms and will also be used for students graduating, in yearbooks and presentations at other formal events. If you do not wish to have your image published, please email events@elwood.vic.edu.au.
Refunds
We have an obligation to the venue to meet a minimum number of guests attending. If you are no longer able to attend, we must be notified in writing.
Please email events@elwood.vic.edu.au, and include the following details in the Subject title;
'Refund 2026 VCE Formal, full name of the VCE student'.
Any requests for refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
