Hi Folks!You are cordially invited by me, Queen Anna Kling of Castle Kling, to a fabulous house concert in my little private kingdom (I should say Queendom!) with, for the second time, my personal favourite court musicians, The Beez. If you’re not familiar with the house concert concept- all proceeds go to the musicians and everything-food and drink-is BYO.
Bring your dancing shoes and „gute Laune“. And there’ll be lots of really nice folks there!
"Once Berliners, now Australian residents-Deta C. Rayner, accordion and Vocals, and Rob Rayner, guitar and vocals, present a bitingly satirical but eminently danceable wealth of genre-bending original material from the sublime to the ridiculous, with Deta’s bass baritone accordion front and centre.
Whether ABC TV´s Spicks and Specks or Folk Festivals from Vancouver Island to Woodford, Dublin to Port Fairy, The Beez deliver a dizzying pastiche of comedy and music that leaves their audiences reaching for the German-English phrasebook. The Beez- in one word? “Prost!"
