Gisborne Community Easter Egg Hunt 2026
About
Easter Egg Hunt and fun activities, held on Jacksons Creek Reserve, Gisborne, behind Coles. Suitable for children up to 12 years of age in 4 age groups at only $5 per child to participate. Egg hunts start at 10am and the event is expected to be over by about 12:30pm.- Groups: 3 years old and under with a parent; 4, 5 & 6 years; 7,8 & 9 years; 10,11 & 12 years.
- Every child will be given a bag for egg collection at the check-in desk - to be fair to all children please no BYO bags, baskets, etc. to be used.
- Pay online to gain express prepaid entry, or register and pay at the check-in desk on the day. Tickets purchased online will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to weather or emergency.
- Animal Farm Petting Zoo entry is included in the ticket price, sponsored by Gisborne Veterinary Clinic.
- Other fun activities include egg and spoon races and games run by 1st Gisborne Scouts Venturers.
- Police cars, CFA fire trucks and SES emergency vehicles on open display.
- Primary schools colouring competition entries on display, with results and prizes awarded.
- Raffle and silent auction prizes.
