As our gardens move through autumn and lead to the "pause" of winter, we invite you to join Jaclyn Crupi and Petersen's Bookstore for a special garden to table event.Jaclyn will join us for a relaxed conversation, over a beautiful table in the gardens at Coolart Gardens and Homestead.
Jaclyn will talk about preserving, abundance and slowing down as we lead into winter, moving into the planning phase in time to create your spring garden. Oh, and we chat all things comfort food too, because that's what an autumn/winter table is all about.
We’ll discuss:
- Preserving and slowing down coming into Winter
- Planning and preparing your garden for Spring
- Creating a garden to serve on your table
- Creating a garden for wildlife
- Seasonal planting for seasonal eating
Tickets are $50 and include:
- Book (Planting for Native Birds, Bees and Butterflies)
- Nibbles/grazing table
- Non-alco drinks
