A class designed to get your heart rate up and make you feel energised and motivated. SWEAT is a high energy session that will burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, build endurance, and make you FEEL FAB!A 45 minute session that includes a warm up, workout, and a cool down stretch to finish. It will be a mix of body weight and weighted movements, and a workout style of AMRAP, EMOM, or circuit.
We don’t have all of the machines that you would see in a gym.. We do have spin bikes and a rower, and use kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, weighted barbells, and plyometric boxes.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, or you’re a regular fitness enthusiast, this session can be catered for all fitness levels as it can be progressed or regressed to suit the individual. YOU decide how you want to challenge yourself.
