Join us for an energising, soul-nourishing morning at South Beach, with a Pilates Flow led by Shannon, Exercise Physiologist & founder of The Women's Workout Club, designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected 🌞 followed by the option for an ocean dip and coffee chats at @thirdwheelsouthfreo with the gals ☕️There’ll be post-workout protein balls to enjoy after class, thanks to the team at Macro Mike 🤍
Expect intentional movement, meaningful connection, and space to reset - both physically and mentally.
What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Water bottle
– Bathers (if you’d like to join the post-class dip)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get settled.

We’ll be set up north of South Beach Café, closer to Neighbourhood Sauna - just look for the pink sign 💕
First-timers:
