"OSTATKI" Banquet Dinner celebrating Polish Carnival Season (CANCELLED)

A six-course banquet dinner celebrating and showcasing the Polish tradition of "Ostatki" - the end of Carnival celebrations and last chance to indulge before Lent!Our guest chefs, Agnieszka and Filip from Ugly Duckling Caterer, will prepare a delicious assortment of dishes commonly eaten during the Carnival period. Polonia President, Stan Macionis, will MC the event and introduce guests to some fun traditions and customs typical of this period. We'll have light entertainment and a full bar available for drinks purchases.
We guarantee it'll be the most fun you'll have on a Tuesday this year!
Tickets cost $70 per person and reservations are essential.
BANQUET MENU BY COURSE:
1. Citrus marinated salmon tartare
2. Potato and cheese pierogi with onion and bacon topping
3. Layered salad with vegetables and herring
4. Borscht and pastry with mushroom filling
5. Pork knuckle served with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes
6.”Angel wings” pastry twists with powdered sugar
