Voice for Improvisors with Eleanor Stankiewicz (SOLD OUT)
About
Is voice an afterthought during scenes or creating characters? This workshop will encourage improvisers to develop and discover character using their voices and physicality in imaginative ways. NIDA Acting and Voice graduate, Eleanor Stankiewicz, will share her favourite vocal tips, tricks, and tools to help participants bring joy and musicality to their play.Testimonials
“I liked practising the link between the physical aspects of my character and what their voice would sound like… When I made vocal choices it would always be an afterthought that would complement my physicality or status. This workshop with Ele helped me realise my voice is another tool that can sit at the same level as my physical, status, emotional, or other scene choices.” – Shane Porter“I loved the physicality in the workshop and how that influenced and helped us perform vocally. Voice and physical performing I find are very linked and your exercises helped us connect them both together.” – Liam McMahon
