Echoes & Anchors

There is a unique magic that happens when we move, breathe, and create sound together.

I’m so excited to invite you and your little ones to Echoes & Anchors. This isn’t your typical quiet yoga class it’s a space for families to play, regulate, and find their collective hum. 

The Journey:
 The Echoes: We kick off with an interactive 'Kids’ Orchestra.' Bring along any instrument- a drum, a shaker, or even a favorite bell - as we build a rhythmic pulse together.
The Flow: Fun, partnered yoga and integrated movement designed to shake off the week and bring our nervous systems into harmony.
The Anchors: We transition into deep rest. Using the power of breath and a crystal bowl sound bath, we’ll anchor into a state of homeostasis and shared calm.

Whether your home feels like a whirlwind or you’re just looking for a soulful way to bond, this workshop is for you.
