IWD Lunch | Redefining Balance for Working Women
About
Her Social Club × Graymind PsychologyJoin us for a thoughtfully curated International Women’s Day lunch designed to support, inspire and connect working women navigating the realities of modern life.
Hosted in collaboration with Graymind Psychology, this long lunch will feature a guided discussion led by Meghan Gray, clinical psychologist and director of Graymind Psychology, exploring what balance really looks like for working women today — beyond the pressure to “do it all”.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The juggle of work, career, family and self
- Wellbeing and mental load
- Burnout, boundaries and sustainability
- Finding what genuinely serves you in this season of life
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon of meaningful conversation, connection and reflection over a shared dining experience.
