Welcome to Presbytery Office Bearers Days 2026.
A time of prayer, sharing and collaboration between presbytery personnel, church council volunteers and synod office staff. A gathering in which to intentionally focus and contribute to Flourishing Presbyteries.

Travel and Accommodation Guidelines
1. Travel Arrangements
All travel must be booked through Reception by completing the following Travel Request Form https://ucaqldtravel.powerappsportals.com/ (Cut and paste into your web browser)
If you choose to book travel independently (flights and/or accommodation), reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
1.1 Travel Dates Covered
• Travel will be covered for the lowest-cost available fare from your home city to Brisbane on Monday, 13 April 2026, arriving in time for a 10:00am start.
• Return travel from Brisbane to your home city will be covered on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, departing after 5:00pm.
1.2 Alternative Travel Dates
• If same-day travel on the morning of 13 April 2026 is not possible from your home location, flights will be booked for Sunday, 12 April 2026.
1.3 Costs Not Covered
• Transfers, mileage, or other local transport costs are not covered.
You may check with your Presbytery regarding possible reimbursement.

2. Accommodation Arrangements
Accommodation will be provided in shared apartments, with individual bedrooms for each participant.
2.1 Accommodation Dates Covered
• One night of accommodation is covered from Monday, 13 April 2026 (check-in) to Tuesday, 14 April 2026 (check-out).
2.2 Alternative Accommodation Dates
If your travel schedule requires it, additional nights of accommodation will be covered on:
• Sunday, 12 April 2026, and/or
• Tuesday, 14 April 2026 (one additional night)

3. Additional Costs and Booking Changes
3.1 Outside Policy Coverage
If you request flights or accommodation outside the dates or conditions listed above, any additional cost will be at your own expense.
3.2 Changes to Booked Travel
Any changes made after travel has been booked will also be at your own expense.
