Workshop 1: Thriving in your first yearWelcome to Career Start!
In this introductory workshop, 'Thriving in your first year', you’ll be introduced to the Career Start Learning Alliance Leaders and learn how you can get the most out of the program as an early career teacher. The theme of the day is all about belonging and support and you’ll explore practical strategies to strengthen your wellbeing, identify tools to build and maintain supportive classroom environments, and learn how to maximise your collaborative partnership with your mentor.
