We’re so excited to be collaborating with Em’s Pilates Club to bring you girls Sunset Pilates sessions. This time we’ll be on South Perth Foreshore, with a new location each time 🤍Both Perth Sisterhood Society and Em’s Pilates Club are built around community, connection, and feeling good in your body. Together, we can’t wait to create a welcoming space where you can move, unwind, and meet like-minded girls - and continue bringing you these feel-good sunset classes regularly.
These sessions are about more than Pilates. They’re about showing up for yourself, connecting with others, and setting a calm, positive tone for the week ahead, all while taking in beautiful river and city views as the sky turns pink 🌅
What to expect:
A 45-minute Pilates class designed to leave you feeling strong, centred, and refreshed. We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up, flow through mindful movement, and finish with calming relaxation. Suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to regular movers.
What to bring:
Your lovely self, a mat or towel, and a bottle of water. After class, enjoy some sweet treats, so feel free to bring a picnic blanket and hang around to chat, connect, and soak up the sunset together 🌅
Location:
We’ll be set up on the grass between the river and Lake Douglas (see the map in the second slide of the Instagram post).
