The NSW Architects Registration Board (NSW ARB), in collaboration with CPD for Architects, is offering face-to-face and virtual workshops focused on effective communication between architects and clients and how to manage relationships and associated risks in projects at various scales.Getting Ahead of Conflict in Client Architect Relationships*
A 3-hour face-to-face workshop at the NSW Architects Registration Board.
This workshop will focus on how to relate to and influence clients and stakeholders to get ahead of conflict before it happens. Using real-life scenarios, participants will learn and apply the three key attributes of building strong relationships – curiosity, trustworthiness and authenticity.
Participants can bring their real scenarios and questions, receive coaching and feedback and practice having difficult client conversations. leaving with practical strategies and a plan for going forward.

2021 NSCA Performance Criteria: PC 1 and PC 7
A deposit of $50 is required to secure your place and is refundable only if you attend the workshop.
(Morning tea / lunch will be provided depending on your session time).
On confirmation of your booking, you will be sent a short pre-read to prepare for the workshop.
You are expected to read the preparatory material in advance of the workshop.
