Getting Ahead of Conflict in Client Architect Relationships
About
Client Relationships and Navigating ConflictThe NSW Architects Registration Board (NSW ARB), in collaboration with CPD For Architects, is offering face-to-face and virtual workshops focused on effective communication between architects and clients and how to manage relationships and associated risks in projects at various scales.
Workshop 1
will focus on how to relate to and influence clients and stakeholders to get ahead of conflict before it happens. Using real-life scenarios, participants will learn and apply the three key attributes of building strong relationships – curiosity, trustworthiness and authenticity.
Participants can bring their real scenarios and questions, receive coaching and feedback, and practice having client conversations. You will leave with practical strategies and a plan for going forward.
