Queenscliff Golf Club invites members, guests and visitors to join in the Annual Charity Fundraising Golf Day on Friday, 6 March 2026.Your Entry Fee Includes:
Egg & Bacon Roll, tea/coffee on arrival | All beverages throughout the Event, including from the on-course hospitality cart | A delicious 2-course Lunch courtesy of Luv-A-Duck & Vue Grand | Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, NTP x 3 | Event concludes at 3:00 PM
On the day, enjoy a range of additional activities, including the Betting Hole on the 9th, hosted by our community partner The Bellarine Railway; our much-loved Live Auction featuring some fantastic items; and Putt for Dough on the practice green — a chance to test your short game and win.
All competitors will also have the chance to take home $10,000 in the Hole-In-One competition, proudly sponsored by National Hole-In-One Association. Be the first to ace it on either the 3rd or the 9th hole, and the cash is all yours.
All profits made during the event will be shared between Queenscliff Golf Club and our community partners, The Bellarine Railway and The Lions Club of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Entries close on Monday, 2 March or when the field is full. A waiting list is available in case of cancellations.
- Refunds: Cancellations must be received before 28 February 2026 for a refund (less processing fee). Late cancellations will only be refunded should the tee times be rebooked.
- The event is an open 4-person Ambrose competition over 18 holes with a shotgun start of 8:30 am.
- Handicap limit 36 for Men, and 45 for Women on the day of competition. Any player without a GA Handicap will be allocated a Handicap of 18 on the day of the competition.
- The match committee will make all arrangements and have full power to alter or create any variations in the program or order of play.
- The competition shall be played according to the rules of golf adopted by The Royal and Ancient Club of St Andrews, Scotland, together with any local rules in force.
- In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided on a countback according to the conditions set out by Golf Australia.
- The match committee will deal with any written protest that must be lodged at the club by 3:00 pm on the day of the competition. The decision of the match committee will be final.
- No player may receive more than one trophy. (Not including nearest the pins).
- As Queenscliff Golf Club is located on Department of Defence land, all persons must present a Photo ID at the security checkpoint before crossing the bridge to Swan Island. Only original documents are accepted, no photocopies, photographs or scans. Official digital records (e.g., VicRoads digital license) may also be used.
- All profits made on the day will be distributed between Queenscliff Golf Club and the nominated charity partners.
