Prayer’s true function is to ignite our spirits, allow our spirits to grow, transform and empower our lives, so that we can connect to God and others in a way that speaks heart to heart, prayer being a very creative practice in our worlds.

This retreat will give you a path throughout the weekend, to feel and see your world; Your outer world & your inner world. You will be led over the weekend exploring the theme, 'Discovering God’s Colours in our Day to Day Living'.

Your facilitator will be Kate Thornley, an experienced Spiritual Director & qualified Art Therapist.

(No experience of art making is needed)
