Once Perth’s largest public hospital, Sunset was established in the early 1900s as a home for the aged and chronically ill, later serving as a wartime facility and long-term care institution. Thousands passed through its wards, and many never left, leaving behind stories of hardship, sorrow, and mystery. Now mostly abandoned, the hospital stands as a haunting shell overlooking the Swan River, its crumbling buildings steeped in history. On this grounds-only tour, we’ll share Sunset’s unsettling past while giving you the chance to become the investigator. Using professional paranormal equipment, you’ll take part in a hands-on investigation of the site, seeking evidence of the energy said to still linger here.
