Writing for Wellbeing: Seeing with New Eyes (SOLD OUT)
About
This workshop invites participants to see differently — themselves, their stories, and the world around them. Through playful, body-based writing exercises, participants explore felt sense, sensory experience, memory, and imagination to open new ways of noticing and understanding.Writing becomes a practice of listening and discovery, allowing insight and fresh perspectives to emerge naturally. Exercises encourage noticing patterns, relationships, and small details in everyday life, supporting curiosity, presence, and creative wellbeing.
This session provides a calm, supportive space for reflection, experimentation, and renewed engagement with writing and life. Suitable for all levels of writing experience, participants are invited to bring curiosity, a notebook, and a willingness to explore new ways of seeing.
This workshop is part of the Writing for Wellbeing series and is supported by Port Macquarie–Hastings Council through a Community Grant, and Arts Mid North Coast.
A $10 contribution for catering is requested for each session.
