International Women's Day Girls' Breakfast

This is a very popular event that we hold for student girls from local schools in their final years at school. Students are asked prior to the day to indicate what careers they are interested in undertaking. We then invite mentors from different careers to join students at the breakfast and talk to them about a particular career. In addition, we invite guest speakers to talk to the audience about their journey. These are usually young women from the local community who have grown up in the community, educated in the community and now have a successful career in the local community. We also present the Young Woman in Leadership award winner with the winning certificate at the ceremony.Date
