Join us for our final Spring–Summer class at South Beach as we close out another season together 🌞 A huge thank you to everyone who has shown up and been part of this space over the past few months 💛Kayleigh, founder of Pause Society and Physio, will be leading a spicy, energising flow, followed by a grounding and relaxing guided meditation with me 🌶️
Hibi Café will also be there on the day with iced matcha available to purchase (Roseberry, Salted Maple, or Classic) for your post-workout sip 🍵

Expect intentional movement, meaningful connection, and space to reset - physically and mentally.
What to bring:

𖦹Bathers (if you’d like to join the post-class dip)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get settled.
