Understand and apply the principles of adult learning. (How do adults learn, and the best ways to help learning to be recalled.)
Part 2: Prepare to Instruct
Plan and prepare to deliver “On the Job Instruction”. (What needs to be included when instructing for a procedure or safe equipment use.)
Part 3: Practice Instructing
Practice delivering “On the Job Instruction”. (Tips & practice on instructing others to be able to learn and to repeat tasks as instructed.)
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Job Instruction.
