Facilitated by UDRH SW, Cultivate South West is designed for new healthcare graduates working across the South West.Cultivate South West focuses on getting to know yourself as a rural health professional, building strong relationships within your team, developing confidence and embracing the opportunities of a rural health career.
Dinner is provided to you and there is no cost to be involved with the group!
We meet fortnightly on Tuesdays from 10th March 2026

Enhance your confidence as a health professional
Build your competence as a rural practitioner
Foster your interprofessional skills and networks with other health professionals
Facilitate your thinking about your future career
