This workshop teaches core strength and stability through yoga, focusing on both physical exercises and the use of bandhas (energetic locks).• Includes theory, breathwork, and practical yoga flows.
• Emphasises engaging the Mula, Uddiyana, and Jalandhara bandhas for deeper core activation.
• Features a mix of warm-up, strengthening, alignment tips, mindfulness, and relaxation.
• Participants receive a simple take-home routine to continue practising at home.
• Props like mats and blocks can be used, and modifications are encouraged for all levels.
