Join our Equity in Science breakfast where we will hear from Victoria Haritos on her journey through science, from her days at CSIRO in Canberra to reinventing herself at Monash University. Victoria is set to share some horror stories from working in science, along with her learnings from supervising a diverse group, challenges from navigating the science field to looking back on all the cool things she has contributed to.The Equity in Science Breakfast hosted by the committee of Royal Australian Chemical Society (RACI) ACT Branch aims to advance understanding of equity, inclusion, and diversity within the scientific community. The event aligns with the International Women’s Day theme “Give to Gain” and provides a forum for sharing experiences, concepts, and perspectives relevant to leadership and supervision in science
