Come move with me this year in the beautiful Blue Lotus Room~Watery flow movement workshops ~ weaving slow flow yoga and fusion bellydance. Lush and nourishing. Slow and slinky.
For all levels and all bodies.
BYO yoga mats, hip scarves/ belts! Wear clothing you can move and flow in, skirts, leggings, whatever feels good.
