Registration includes:

Two ticket types are available for each session:
🧍 'Individual Access' ticket ($49 per person)
Best for: Solo attendees who will be watching on their own device
Access details:
- One login per person.
- Access is exclusive to the registered individual.
- Sharing logins or broadcasting to a group is not permitted
🧑🤝🧑 'Group Viewing' ticket ($399 per group)
Best for: Schools or organisations hosting a group to watch together (e.g. during PD days or staff meetings)
Access details:
- One login is provided to a nominated group host.
- The session can be broadcast to a group in a shared space (e.g. staffroom or hall).
- Ideal for collective learning with a single point of access
- Group participants must be from the same school or organisation
Key Reminder: If each person needs their own login (e.g. for individual devices), select Individual Access tickets in the required quantity. If the plan is to watch together as a group, only one Group Viewing ticket is needed per group.
Ticket type FAQs
If I purchase a group ticket, does everyone have to watch together at the same time?
Yes. The group ticket provides permission for the registered group host to broadcast the content to a group who are all viewing together. (Eg, at a staff meeting or PD day the group host would log in and play the a session/multiple sessions via a projector.)
I have staff who can't be there on the day the group views. How do they watch?
Any individuals who are accessing separately from the group will need an individual ticket.
How does it work if I have multiple groups?
In most instances this will require one group ticket per group. Please reach out to admin@illumelearning.com.au with further details before registering so we can provide the best advice.
How many times can the sessions be played?
Playing each session more than once may trigger the system to block your access. You are welcome to break your viewing into parts (eg. one session a week). If you require access to the sessions in their entirety more than once please reach out to admin@illumelearning.com.au with further details before registering so we can provide the best advice.
Terms and conditions
- For cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, the following terms apply
- Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

- Access details will be emailed to the attendee email address provided during registration 24 hours prior to the commencement of the replay period. If not received, please check any junk/spam folders and contact admin@illumelearning.com.au if assistance is required.
- Illume Learning takes no responsibility for access details not being received due to email errors/typos or delivery errors.
- Access to the content closes at midnight AEST 30th May 2026 No extensions will be possible.
- Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
