Mini Movers 'From the Ground Up' April Program
About
Mini Movers 'From the Ground Up' in ColacGet ready to move, play, and grow! 🌟
Mini Movers is a FREE sports-based program designed to inspire lifelong learning through movement and physical activity. Tailored for children aged 3 to 6 years, it encourages the development of healthy habits while introducing little ones to a variety of fun and engaging sports.
In addition to physical play, the program incorporates hands-on gardening experiences, allowing children and their families to connect with nature, learn about plant life cycles, and cultivate their own fruits and vegetables. These activities are complemented by healthy eating education, where kids share a healthy snack and enjoy fresh produce they’ve helped grow—fostering a deeper understanding of wellness from the ground up.
This inclusive program welcomes all children, adapting activities to suit each child’s developmental level. It’s suitable for children with and without disability, and no prior experience is needed. Children are required to have a parent/guardian present with them (it's a family program!) throughout the duration of the sessions.
