Soldier On is proud to partner with Empower Golf to deliver an inclusive and supportive Come & Try golf session for current serving members, veterans, and their families at Melville Glades Golf Course.This relaxed, welcoming session is designed for all abilities and experience levels—whether you’re picking up a club for the first time, returning to the game, or adapting your play due to injury or disability. Empower Golf’s experienced coaches specialise in adaptive and inclusive golf, focusing on confidence, skill development, and enjoyment in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Participants will learn basic golf techniques, explore adaptive equipment where required, and enjoy the social connection that golf naturally brings. Most importantly, this session is about wellbeing, camaraderie, and getting outdoors, not competition.
Please be aware that staff will be taking professional photographs and video footage throughout this event. These images will be used by Soldier On Australia for promotional purposes, including on our website, in social media posts, and within our printed marketing materials to help share the impact of our programs.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify one of our staff members or the event photographer upon your arrival so we can ensure your privacy is respected.
