Please bring a full water bottle, a light and nourishing lunch, pen, journal, yoga mat, blanket and a pillow.
Please arrive 15 minute early.
Doors will close once the event commences.
The use of mobile phones and cameras will not be permitted.
The Intuitive Rebirth team may capture photos and videos during the event. If you do not want your photo used, please make it known to our team.
