Join us for a practical, on-farm Healthy Dams Field Day and discover how improving your water sources can support livestock health, boost productivity and help drought-proof your farm for the future. We’ll tour a selection of local dams and have an informal paddock-side chat withNick Callow, from the University of Western Australia and Suzannah Macbeth from South Coast NRM.
Together, we’ll explore:
• The benefits of creating and maintaining healthy dams
• Practical strategies to improve water quality and reduce erosion
• How better dam management can build resilience in dry seasons
• A variety of water tests and what they mean for your farm
