COURSE OUTLINE:
Sports Taping/Strapping Course, offering technical advice and practical techniques for use when taping Athletes in Sports.
This course covers a wide range of taping techniques for injury prevention, stabilization, support, and pain relief across various body parts, including:
-FOOT- Ankle, Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis
-LEGS- Shin Splints, Calf, Hamstring
-KNEE- ACL, MCL, ICL, PCL, Osgood-Schlatter
-ELBOW- Tennis Elbow, Forearm Extensor
-WRIST- Thumb, Buddy Fingers
-SHOULDER- Frontal, Medial, Rear Deltoid
-HIP FLEXORS
-LOWER BACK
Additionally, the course provides various application techniques using several Elastoplast tapes, including rigid, EAB, and hand-tearable.
This course is suitable for all athletes (turning 15 years in 2026 and over), sports trainers, coaches, assistant coaches, managers, first aiders, volunteers, and parents who want to learn or improve their knowledge and skills on sports taping/strapping.
AWARDED A CERTIFICATE OF ATTAINMENT:
-Participants will be assessed by presenting a practical and observational assessment of Taping/Strapping skills.
-Participants will receive an Advanced Diploma Certificate of Attainment on completion of the course, which is recognised Worldwide.
