Members of the SGHS Community can become financial members of the SGHS Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) by payment of one dollar ($1.00) here. Financial members are then eligible to vote from the first Business Meeting following the 2026 AGM (Annual General Meeting held on 17 March 2026) and all other meetings throughout the year where resolutions are put to meetings, up until the conclusion of the 2027 AGM. At this time those wishing to continue to be financial members must again pay a one dollar ($1.00) membership fee.

At the AGM, only current financial members are eligible to vote and/or be nominated to a position on the SGHS P&C Committee for 2026. A current financial member is a paid-up member of the P&C in the 2025 year (i.e. paid $1.00 membership fee). If all positions are not filled at the AGM, the nominations will be open to new financial members in the 2026 year.
