This course is designed to jump-start the careers of modelling newbies and elevate the skills of seasoned professionals. Whether your goal is to work as a professional life model or to increase your body awareness and personal empowerment, this course will elevate your confidence, self-expression, and relationship to your body in a truely tansformative way.
Over four training sessions, I will guide you through all the wonderful and weird ways you can use your body as an artistic medium. We will explore how your body was designed to move, play with the extremes of masculine and feminine physicality, learn how to combine shapes in a way that is dynamic and sustainable (aka safe), and learn how to gently command a space with confidence and grounded authority.
Attendance numbers are intentionally limited so I can tailor the content specifically to your goals and physical capabilities and ensure you are given the attention and support you deserve. All ages, genders, bodytypes, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. I create a safe space, where everyone is valued and appreciated for their unique brand of being human. At the centre of this course is a focus on self-kindness, body appreciation, and creative exploration.
