PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
Having a Will is very important. It ensures the people & causes that matter most in your life are taken care of when you pass away. Without a Will, your estate is distributed according to a legal formula and may mean that your assets are not distributed according to your wishes.
And that’s where The Salvation Army’s Community Wills Days can help you to have a legally written Will.
After taking care of your loved ones, you may also consider leaving a gift in your Will to The Salvation Army to ensure we can continue the good work we do helping people in need, into the future.

FAQs:
How does it work?
Generous and local Solicitors assist the community by donating their time & expertise to prepare a Simple Will. A Simple Will, for example, is one that leaves the person’s entire estate to their spouse or to their children, equally, without a trust; does not have overseas investments or beneficiaries; or is not a complicated estate matter. The Solicitor will be able to advise whether your Will is simple, and if not, they will let you at the appointment and you may have to pay an additional cost to have it written (payable to the law firm).
