NSW Law Week commences Monday 18 May to Friday 22 May 2026 and is a program of community events that are designed to help you understand your rights, the law, the legal system, and the legal profession.

To celebrate NSW Law Week Barry O’Keefe Library will be hosting a legal talk about the importance of organising your financial and personal affairs for the future. Planning ahead allows you to decide who will make decisions for you if you are unable to do so yourself. Come to the library to hear a representative from the Seniors Rights Service discuss the five legal documents that help you protect your health, welfare, financial and legal interests.
