This ONLINE induction provides midwifery students with the critical aspects of orientation and familiarisation with the Fiona Stanley Maternity Services to allow the CCE midwifery student to follow through with the CCE woman/family.ALL midwifery students are required to have attended this session prior to presenting on site to provide supervised care and support with the CCE woman.
STICKER COLLECTION:
You must attend the event before collecting your sticker.
Please attend with all documentation listed below ready for sighting:
• Photographic Student ID Card issued from Education Provider
• Evidence of completion of Foundation Induction eLearning
• Signed SMHS Schedule 4 Confidentiality Form
• Evidence of fit testing – current within 2 years displaying NAME, DATE of test, MASK
allocated.
• Working with Children
• Copy of event ticket
You cannot collect for someone else.
Please log into TEAMS with your full name as per student ID
You must repeat an orientation if you have not been on site for 12 months with a CCE/prac placement.
