Join us for Alcoa’s Business After Hours, a relaxed sundowner‑style networking and information evening bringing together local contractors, small business operators, community organisations and interested community members from the Waroona and Harvey regions.Hosted by Alcoa Australia in collaboration with the Shire of Waroona, this informal forum provides an opportunity to connect with the Alcoa team, hear updates on regional operations at the Wagerup Refinery and Willowdale Mine, and gain insight into short‑ to medium‑term activities and future plans. These include proposed investment in Residue Storage Areas (RSA), gallium production, alumina hydrate export and ongoing mine development, which may present procurement, employment and business opportunities for regional businesses.
The evening will feature a range of displays hosted by Alcoa representatives, offering attendees the chance to ask questions, build relationships and strengthen partnerships in a welcoming, relaxed setting. Light refreshments will be provided, and all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Waroona Volunteer Fire Service.
