Welcome to SHARING STORIES. We are bringing your favourite authors to discuss your favourite books, and hold conversations that matter. This month we are joined by none other than Jayne Tuttle. An author, a bookshop owner, actor, director and bilingual translator! Her newest book is The Sea in the Metro – a powerfully written story of desire, art and the complexity of modern womanhood.Jayne will join Chantelle for a conversation about her newest novel, her previous works including Paris or Die and My Sweet Guillotine, and her amazing life experiences.

About Jayne:
Jayne Tuttle is an Australian writer and performer. Trained in theatre at the École Jacques Lecoq in Paris, she has worked as an actor, director and bilingual copywriter, and written for international journals and magazines as well as The Guardian, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald.
Her writing has been supported by fellowships and awards from the City of Paris, La Napoule Arts Foundation, Bundanon, Le Centre les Récollets, Regional Arts Victoria and the Varuna National Writers House. Jayne co-owns The Bookshop at Queenscliff in coastal Victoria.
