Gain hands-on skills with crystal singing bowls so you can step in to play, sequence, and guide with confidence.
Hosted by The Wellbeing Collective and facilitated by Andrew Lawson from Om Valley Sounds and Cynthia Levin from Goddess Moon Holistic Medicine, this immersive, hands-on workshop is led by experienced crystal bowl practitioners who are passionate about sharing sound in a grounded, practical, and ethical way.
Designed for beginners and those wanting to deepen their practice, this full-day training will guide you through the foundations of working with a seven-bowl, chakra-aligned crystal singing bowl set in both individual and group settings.
You’ll explore the history and healing potential of crystal bowls, learn how sound impacts the body, mind, and energy field, and gain a practical understanding of the chakra system and its relationship to a seven-bowl set.

🌿 Playing techniques, including striking versus singing the bowls
🌿 Proper mallet use and volume control
🌿 Setting intentions and working with pace, breath, and silence
🌿 Bowl layouts for individuals and groups
🌿 Creating harmonious sequences, both chakra-based and intuitive
🌿 Holding space, reading group energy, and ethical facilitation
🌿 Caring for and cleansing your bowls and maintaining energetic hygiene
You will also experience the profound resonance of a 23-inch crystal singing bowl and take part in short, co-created practice sequences with the group.
The day will conclude with a 60-minute group sound bath, co-created by participants and overseen by the facilitators, allowing you to fully integrate your learning in a supported and guided environment.
