Onkaparinga Gorge Photowalk - with Mama Jane

Creative photographer Mama Jane will take you on a walk of observation and discovery along the Onkaparinga Gorge from Old Noarlunga.Photowalking is a practice in creativity, mindfulness and gratitude - looking for the extraordinary in the ordinary.
The session will introduce some simple photographic principles and the benefits of walking for wellbeing. Participants will finish the walk with a collection of photographs, which could be printed and framed.

Meet at the Old Noarlunga Institute Hall, 2 Market Crescent, Old Noarlunga.
About the artist - facilitator
Mama Jane has been an amateur creative photographer for over 40 years. She has participated in numerous exhibitions, as well as featuring in publications and undertaking commissions.
She has worked in community and cultural development roles in local government for over 30 years. She is now dedicating more time to her passions of photography, walking and landcare.
What you need to know
• Bring along your own camera or mobile device.
• Suitable for all skill levels, especially beginners.
• Children welcome, if accompanied by an adult.
• Please be aware we will be walking on varying, and at times, uneven terrain.
• Bring your own water, hat and sunscreen.
